The bad news of the creators of the series “Strange Things” about the final season

The writers of the series “Stranger Things” gave bad news about the end of one of the characters who was killed at the end of the fourth season.

Charso Press: The fourth season of “Stranger Things” recently concluded with the release of the second episode on Friday (July 1).

Millions of people have watched the new episodes and the series continues to break records for Netflix continues However, these episodes have not been without their sidelines. Matt and Ross Duffer, the creators of the series, now explain the reason why some important characters were killed at the end of the fourth season, and destroy the hope of fans to bring them back.

(Note: Continue reading reveals the end of the story.)

In the last episode of the fourth season, Eddie Manson, who was introduced in the first episode of this season, is killed. Eddie, played by Joseph Quinn, sacrificed himself to save Hawkins – but the terrible irony of his sacrifice was that the residents of Hawkins thought he was a murderer and made his life a nightmare on the verge of death.

Ever since the finale aired, fans of the show have speculated that Eddie might return in season five. But in a new interview on the Happy Sad Confused podcast, the Duffer brothers dismissed the speculation. In fact, they said that their plan was to create Eddie’s character in order to kill him.

“We saw Eddie as somewhat of a doomed character,” admitted Matt Duffer. “Of course, if you kill someone that nobody cares about, it doesn’t have an impact, so the goal was to make Eddie a really likable character that the audience would fall in love with,” he added.

Elsewhere, in the penultimate episode of season four, Matthew Modine’s returning character Dr. Martin Brenner is killed off.

Matt Duffer explained, “The reason we wanted to bring him back was because we felt like Eleven never really got to grips with him. Especially in the eighth episode, when Elon tells Brenner everything that is on his mind. We also wanted to give Brenner a chance to at least try to explain his justifications to Elon, which Elon ultimately wouldn’t accept.

While the death scenes of the characters shocked the viewers, it seems that the actors of the series have a different opinion. Both Millie Bobby Brown and Noah Schnapp, who play Elon and Will, recently criticized the show for not killing off any of the main characters; Comments to which the Duffer brothers have since responded.

The creators of the series have also announced that they plan to make the final season very different from the fourth season.

The final season of Stranger Things is expected to be released in 2024.
