The beginning of the new round of land supply meetings for the national housing movement – Tejaratnews
According to Tejarat News, Arslan Maliki, the head of the National Land and Housing Organization, stated that the series of meetings of the National Land and Housing Organization in order to monitor the latest status of the implementation of the project National housing movement will be held, he said: the agenda of these meetings is to review the latest status of land supply based on the information recorded and uploaded in the Land Bank, to review the physical progress of the projects that are prepared or ready to be built, to review the latest status of the lands identified for income sources for the implementation of the plan, the plans of the province regarding Productivity and participation as well as the latest status of completion of housing projects is the remaining seal in each province.
Referring to the existing solutions for land supply in the provinces, Maliki said: We believe that the most effective way to supply land for the project National housing movement, annexing existing lands within the boundaries of cities and approving the construction of settlements. He mentioned the agreement with the private sector and the sale of surplus land of other government agencies as other solutions in providing land for the construction of 4 million houses in the country and demanded to accelerate the process of providing land in the provinces.
The head of the National Land and Housing Organization also stated: In this meeting, the Director General of Roads and Urban Development of the province along with the deputies of real estate and legal affairs, housing and urban regeneration, urban development and architecture, the accountable agent and the official of the land bank of each province will be present, so that the matters in question will be discussed. Project by project and separately for each city in the province should be reviewed.
It should be noted that these meetings with the presence of the managers of the Department of Roads and Urban Development started on December 20 and will be held until January 3 at the National Land and Housing Organization.
