In this meeting, while appreciating the continuous efforts of the branch colleagues in realizing the bank’s goals, Amjad Khezri said: The purpose of creating a headquarters for nursing operations and attracting resources, known as the “Hammet” plan, is to guide and support the bank’s goals in attracting resources.
He added: The way this headquarters interacts with the branches is to monitor resources and identify barriers to attracting resources in the branches.
Emphasizing the need to create a mechanism to warn of the withdrawal of resources in the branches, the deputy of the branches said: the alarm mechanism for the withdrawal of resources from the branches should be defined and activated in such a way that the Hammat headquarters can prevent the withdrawal of resources from the branches.
In the end, he added: In this plan, attention has also been paid to encouraging and increasing the motivation of the branches so that while introducing the best branches, their performance is appreciated on a weekly basis.

He added: One of the special tasks of the Hammat headquarters is to identify the problems of the branches in attracting resources and immediately reflect it to the senior managers so that we can facilitate the branches in the marketing of resources.
While praising the idea of launching the Hemat project, Rasool Saeedi said: “Hemat” project headquarters has used colleagues who have experience working in the branch and are well acquainted with the literature and problems of the branch.
He added: The main priority of the bank at the moment is to attract resources, and we hope that with the efforts of the branches and the efforts of the colleagues of the Nursing Operations Headquarters, we will be successful in this direction.
