According to Monetary News, quoting the public relations of Iran Insurance, Seyed Majid Bakhtiari, CEO of Iran Insurance, said in a speech at the “Hal Khob” workshop, which was held in the presence of deputies and managers at the Iran Zamin Club:
He added: What does good mean? We all go through different days in life. Sometimes life goes our way and sometimes we face many challenges. What is important here is that we have nothing higher than human dignity and status. Therefore, we must be careful about the situation of our colleagues. In answer to the question, what can we do to achieve this goal (good mood)? We have to say that in today’s machine life, being well has become one of our biggest concerns and aspirations. I hope that holding these courses, which are planned for all employees of the company, can have good results and create a good mood for all of us.
Referring to the good coordination and harmony of the company in advancing its lofty goals, the CEO and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors emphasized: The mental ideas of the organization are the things that are attached to it and it is not ready to abandon them. We need to change ourselves and the organization. Therefore, all components must change their attitude. We all have to play a common instrument in harmony. We are gathered here to learn, we have no other choice, one of them is bad news and events that will cause us trouble, but our choice is good through education. It is a place of glory and complaint. Our goal is to have a dynamic, happy and courageous organization.
Abdul Samad Khodami, Director General of the Office of Education and Research, also said in this meeting: “Based on the emphasis of the CEO and with regard to the development approach governing the company, from now on training courses will be planned and implemented with an educational perspective.” Accordingly, the “good mood” course is taken from the theory of selection and includes a description of the types of needs, how the human behavior machine works, human precipices, control and choice, the desired world, barriers to happiness and happy living strategies taught by Dr. Seyed Farzad Hosseini, Instructor (Coach) International is scheduled for 8 to 10 sessions, which will gradually become operational for the company’s partners.
He added: “In the first phase, this training course was planned for the deputies, general managers of the headquarters and their deputies, and its first session was held on Wednesday, June 8, at the Iran Zamin Town Club.” Also, other sessions will be conducted virtually with prior notice and in the early hours of the night (two sessions per week) in such a way that it is possible to use these courses usefully and effectively for all colleagues and their family members.
In the end, Khodami welcomed the warm presence of all Iranian insurance colleagues in this course and noted: With the active participation of all loved ones in this training course, we will definitely see a better feeling in the company by improving the quality of family and work relationships.
