As the statistics center data shows, the houses in district 1 are the most expensive with an average price of 157 million tomans per square meter and the houses in district 18 are the cheapest houses in Tehran with an average price of 41 million tomans.

Last year, the average price per square meter of housing in area 18, located in the south of the capital, was 22 million and 107 thousand tomans, which is about half of the current price of housing in this area. Our investigations show that the number of housing transactions in Region 18 in September of last year was 151 and decreased compared to this year and reached 114.

An apartment in Yafetabad neighborhood of this area, with 70 square meters of infrastructure and 3 years of construction, is priced at 3 billion and 10 million tomans, and another unit with 130 square meters of infrastructure and 1 year of construction is priced at 5 billion tomans. In Waliasr town, a 62-meter unit and 12 years of construction is priced at 3 billion and 200 million tomans, and a 67-meter apartment and 1 year of construction in Ebrahimabad neighborhood is priced at 2 billion and 43 million tomans.
