The ceiling of elite housing facilities was increased
According to the financial news report, quoted by the news website of Maskan Bank-Hibna, in line with the realization of the government’s goals and the implementation of the national housing movement plan, the conditions for the use of the country’s scientific funds from the housing facilities will be reviewed and facilitated, taking into account the rules of the country’s banking network.
On this basis, according to the credit policies of Maskan Bank, elites and scientific talents of the country will benefit from the mentioned facilities at the rate approved by the Money and Credit Council by presenting a letter of introduction from the National Elite Foundation to the branches of Maskan Bank.
Eligible applicants can use special facilities for the country’s elites and scientific talents to buy or build housing with a repayment period of 20 years by submitting the necessary documents to Maskan Bank branches.
Maskan Bank, as the leading bank in providing housing facilities, allocated more than 150 billion Rials last year to grant facilities to the elite. With the implementation of special facility plans, this route will go through a progressing process for the members of the urban and rural society.
Also, the youth housing facility plan is one of the plans in which applicants can make deposits in the youth housing savings account based on a regular and specific plan and according to the amount and duration of the deposit within 5 to 15 years from the ceiling of this facility for purchasing or benefit from housing construction.
The ceiling of youth housing facilities for those opened in 1402 and after 5 years of deposit in Tehran, big cities and other cities is 16 billion rials, 14 billion rials and 12 billion rials respectively.
Also, if those who opened a housing savings account for youth in 1402 want to continue their deposit up to 15 years (subject to compliance with the specified deposit amounts), they can use the ceiling of this facility for the construction and purchase of housing up to 40 billion Rials in Tehran city, use 34 billion Rials in big cities and 28 billion Rials in small cities.
