The CEO of Bank D announced the operational plans for 1401

According to the Iran Economist, quoting the public relations of Bank D, in this meeting, which was attended by the CEO, Chairman of the Board, deputies, consultants and senior managers of the bank, Alireza Gheitasi explained the strategic goals and operational plans of the bank in 1401. Referring to the fact that the Supreme Leader of the Revolution (Supreme Leader) has named 1401 the year of “production, knowledge-based, job-creating”, the CEO of Bank D said: “This year’s new slogan shows the importance of employment and knowledge-based production and it is necessary that colleagues To implement the bank’s operational plans in 1401 and move according to the production and employment roadmap of the country in economic prosperity and fulfill the slogan of the year.
He added: Necessary mechanisms for monitoring programs from the level of daily, weekly, monthly to seasonal monitoring have been thought out to monitor the goals of the headquarters and branches and the obstacles to the realization of the program on a regular basis, so that all headquarters units and branches are based on programs. And communication goals to move in the direction of realizing the bank’s strategies.
Referring to the macro-strategic goals set for 1401, the CEO of D-Bank said: “Reducing accumulated losses, improving the composition of assets and liabilities and increasing market share are the three strategic goals of the macro-bank this year. Has been.
He added: “Selling surplus real estate, collecting non-current receivables, improving the composition of deposits, developing products and services, developing electronic banking, effective management of subsidiaries, improving the investment portfolio and increasing the productivity of human capital are the bank’s eight main programs to achieve strategic goals.”
Referring to the need to implement programs effectively in all pillars of the bank, Gheitasi stated: It is not enough to communicate the program order to the units, but to transfer the details of the program along with the goals and indicators related to all unit partners and determine who is responsible for each activity is a basic necessity.
