We should try to bring about changes in the Iranian Performing Arts Association to compensate for the shortcomings. Let’s keep what our ancestors did and compensate and fill the gaps and deficiencies. The theater field of the country has a wide network connected to the country and this is the most important resource. “Our theater needs improvement and transformation in content and technology.”
Then, Hossein Masafir Astane, who is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Performing Arts Association, said in a short speech: “I thank Reza Basirt and his leadership in dealing with problems, especially the presence of the Corona virus in the last two years, and to Mr. Farajollahi for this position. I say a big welcome. The association should have a plan and program for the country’s theater, because it is one of the executive arms of the General Directorate of Performing Arts, and statistics and research cases should reach the Director General.
In the continuation of the ceremony, while thanking the audience and the managers of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, Reza Basirat gave explanations about his 2-year performance during the height of Corona and after.

Our most important task is to preserve the dignity of veterans and artists and this treasure of Iranian art. In this way, we ask for the help of the Vice-Chancellor of Art Affairs and the General Directorate of Performing Arts.
