The cheapest 5G phone from HMD Global

Nokia unveils its latest affordable smartphone. Called the Nokia G300, the device brings 5G network support to a $ 200 handset. The device uses the same design language as other low-cost Nokia phones, and on the back panel is a circular module for hosting the main camera.

Nokia has equipped the smartphone with a 6.5-inch screen with HD resolution, which has a V-shaped cut on top and hosts an 8-megapixel selfie camera. There are almost a lot of margins around the screen, but given the price, this can not be underestimated.

There is a fingerprint sensor on the frame of this device and of course it also supports the face unlock feature. The Nokia G300 is powered by a Snapdragon 480 5G chip that comes with 4GB of RAM. This chip contains 2 Cortex-A76 cores with a frequency of 2 GHz and 6 Cortex-A55 cores with a frequency of 1.8 GHz.

This Nokia phone is equipped with 64 GB of internal memory and uses the default operating system of Android 11.

On the back panel of the Nokia G300, the triple main camera is housed inside a circular module with a 16-megapixel main sensor. The device also provides users with a 5-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 2-megapixel depth-detection camera to be able to capture portrait images. The camera also uses night mode, electric image stabilization, OZO audio system and wind noise removal system.

Finally, we are faced with a 4,470 mAh battery that, according to Nokia, lasts up to 2 days. The charging speed of this device is equal to 18 watts. The device will be available next week for $ 200. The smartphone will be available in the US market, however, users in other countries may have access to it in the future.
