In an interview with Fars, Ahmad Hossein Fallahi emphasized that this foreign company will not receive any amount for fulfilling its obligations and is satisfied with clearing oil.

This member of parliament also mentioned the initial agreements during Rostam Ghasemi’s ministry. While this news was denied by the authorities at the same time. They stated that only Chinese technology will be used in this field.

Also, before this, the construction cost of each meter of national housing was estimated at 10 to 12 million tomans, but this foreign company has claimed that they will undertake the construction and investment in this field with an amount equal to four million and 700 thousand tomans per square meter.

Consequences of the entry of the Chinese into the National Housing Movement project
