The conditions for registration in government housing became easier

According to Tejaratnews, government support schemes in the housing sector always rely on meeting four general conditions for applicants, and they must be married, not use government facilities to become housewives since the beginning of the revolution, and have lived in the city where they apply for 5 years. Of course, the five-year residency requirement was adjusted to one year before the start of the registration of government housing for immigrants from metropolitan areas to other cities in the country other than Tehran province; But the fourth condition is not having a history of private ownership since 2005, which has now been reduced to five years for all applicants for government housing registration.
Opening for the lost before 95
In the 1990s, and especially from the mid-1996s onwards, when sanctions and multiple exchange rate jumps also saw successive jumps in consumer inflation, many households were forced to use previous investments and assets to cover their expenses. Meanwhile, some in the tense periods of the economy, such as the marginal rise of the stock market at the beginning of 1399, in order to obtain high returns and solve their financial problems, converted and transferred their investments to the capital market.
In this situation, many sold their houses in order to buy a bigger and more suitable house by multiplying it in the stock market and untying the knot of their economic problems. Eventually, however, with the heavy fall in stock prices on the Tehran Stock Exchange, the capital of these people decreased even to the eleventh of the initial amount, and a 100% jump in housing prices in the same period became a double reason to become home again becomes an unlikely dream for these people.
In this situation, due to the condition of the ownership period in the registration of government housing, these people were not even able to register and buy in the National Housing Movement, and government support did not include them; Now, with the changes made by the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development in terms of receiving government housing, the losers of five years ago, those who have lost their private property since mid-1995, are now allowed in the National Housing Movement. Register; But the form of the recent losers in the Iranian economy – especially those who have sold their homes and lost money on the stock exchange – remains red and will not be able to receive government housing for at least five years after the transfer of ownership.
Terms of residence condition discount
In addition to amending the ownership period requirement, the five-year residency requirement in the city where the government is applying for housing or the mother city of the new cities has also been adjusted for a few exceptions. Government employees who are transferred to a city other than Tehran province based on the ruling of the relevant department will not be subject to the residency requirement. Of course, if the main policymakers of the National Housing Movement, namely the government and parliament, want to promote reverse migration from metropolitan areas to other parts of the country, it is better to reduce the residency requirement of these immigrants to zero to allow people to migrate after receiving housing. Instead, impose strong conditions to prevent these units from being handed over to others or sold so that there is no possibility of abuse.
Registration status of the National Housing Movement
According to Mahmoud Mahmoudzadeh, Deputy Minister of Housing and Construction of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development in a TV program, from the beginning of November to noon yesterday, more than 1.8 million people in the Saman system to participate in the national housing movement and build four million housing units in four years They have registered, but their information has not been monitored yet, and it is not clear how many are eligible for government housing. In the National Housing Movement, applicants can register in 540 cities, and Tehranians, due to the lack of land and projects in the city, only have registration in the three new cities of Parand, Hashtgerd, Alborz and Ivaneki in Semnan, although none of these three seem to be. The city will be able to meet the housing needs of Tehran applicants.
