– The law is implemented in cities with a population of less than 500 people and an average fertility rate of less than 2.5 people. If there is not enough land in the city in question, land will be transferred in the father’s hometown or in nearby cities.
– People who have used land facilities, housing units, or subsidized mortgages once in the past are not eligible to receive facilities, but according to Article 3 of the Population Youth Law, if a family is not eligible, but their third child was born on the mentioned date It may be later, he can also receive this new facility.
