The construction of 25-meter houses was denied again! – Tejarat News

According to Tejarat News, it was a few months ago that the issue of building 25-meter-tall houses was discussed in the circles and aroused many positive and negative opinions; From the very beginning, the government withdrew its foot from this process under the influence of the wave of opposition that started, and since then, many officials have denied the construction of these small-scale units and declared their acquittal.

The most recent case of these announcements of acquittals goes back to Hossein Jannati, the General Director of Roads and Urban Development of Tehran Province. In this case, he told Tasnim that the government does not plan to build 25-meter houses in any of the housing construction projects. Jannati added: While denying this issue, we strongly disagree with this approach in Tehran!

The General Director of Roads and Urban Development of Tehran province has stated: The construction of small-scale housing projects is not in the government’s plan, and in national housing, according to the people’s input and the ability of different strata and deciles, the construction of housing is pursued, and the smallest scale of housing delivered will be 55 meters. .

Where did the story of 25-meter houses start?

This summer, the plan to build 25-meter houses was first proposed by an official of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development and caused a lot of noise. This matter went so far and was criticized by the experts and activists of the housing sector that finally the ministry denied the construction of these units from the ground up and its design by the government.

Of course, this was not the end of the story of 25-meter houses, and in a short period of time, this plan was used again; But this time, the construction of 25-meter houses was not proposed by government institutions, and its provider was the Union of Construction and Mass Development Cooperatives of Tehran.

Khashayar Bagharpour, CEO of this union, introduced the main use of these micro-apartments to accommodate young people and remove obstacles to marriage; However, these statements and the implementation of this project by the private sector did not stop the criticism. Bagharpour believes that the criticisms of the plan to build 25-meter houses are not fair and expert, and it is necessary to examine this plan with an expert view.

Now we have to see where the fate of economic housing will end, considering that the Union of Housing Cooperatives plans to use the document of hotel, apartment and common units for these units and finally claims that there is no need for an official license from the government.
