He explained: out of 95 billion and 190 million Tomans of approved facilities for self-ownership, 27 billion Tomans have been paid to the account of self-owners.

It is worth mentioning that the self-ownership facilities of the National Housing Movement plan are paid to the self-owners step by step and based on their physical progress.

It should be noted that the payment of facilities in stages and in proportion to physical progress is such that in the construction stage 10% of the total facilities, in the skeleton stage and roof 40%, in the hardening stage 25% and in the joinery stage 25% of the total facilities It is paid to the builders.

Also, the new housing construction facilities for self-owned applicants can be paid by registering in the National Movement system and introducing them to the bank.
