He continued: “In another action, with the proposal of the Tourism and Art Economy Commission of Alborz Chamber of Commerce to create a permanent exhibition of handicrafts near Kandovan ponds on the Karaj-Chalous axis in order to develop employment and economic prosperity of handicraft exhibitions in the review session.” Asara economic development strategies were agreed upon and the proposal was approved, which is hoped to be implemented as soon as possible.

Referring to the importance of home-based businesses alongside handicraft artists in exhibitions and festivals, Hazari added: “Both of these collections are licensed by the Department of Labor or Cultural Heritage and play a good role in creating employment and economic prosperity in the community.”
In another part of the meeting, Mohammad Reza Hadadian, in charge of research and work plan of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage of Alborz Province, said about the need to prepare a roadmap for Alborz Province to help compile an encyclopedia of ecotourism capacities of the province’s villages and ethnic capacities, traditional and local food. There are special capacities in this field in different cities of Alborz, including Eshtehard.

In this meeting, with suggestions from the members of the Tourism Commission of Alborz Chamber of Commerce, the importance of using the capacity of the Mehrshahr Pearl Palace complex in order to hold a permanent exhibition of handicrafts in order to introduce the products of artists in this field was emphasized. The palace should be moved as soon as possible to define a space for accommodation of domestic and foreign tourists and their stay in the palace complex for a few days, considering the proximity of this complex to Payam International Airport.
Furthermore, issues were raised regarding holding a festival in Chaharbagh and organizing the issue of accommodation of travelers in accommodation complexes under the auspices of Alborz cultural heritage and of course with acceptable tariffs to prevent renting private villa gardens at high prices for travelers.
In this meeting, suggestions were made for planning in order to use capacities such as cooking local food, sweets and local souvenirs, including Tutak, by the villagers to provide catering services to tourists and travelers.
