The deadline for settling bank debtors has been extended for the last time


According to the monetary and financial news, quoting the public relations of the Central Bank, following the circular No. 212993/00 dated 28 April 1400, the subject of announcing the approvals of the meeting dated 21 April of this year of the National Headquarters of Corona Disease Management Regarding the extension of the deadlines stipulated in the “Law on Facilitation of Debt Settlement of Debts of the Banking Network of the Country”, hereby the provisions of paragraph (2) of the ninety-fifth session dated December 27, 1400 of the National Corona Disease Management Headquarters are announced as follows:

“In line with the motto of 1400, entitled ‘Year of Production of Supports and Obstacles’, and due to the continuing conditions caused by the corona and the effects of the closures imposed on businesses and businesses, and the fact that some inmates were unable to settle their debts in cash. In September 1400, they should use the benefits of facilitating the debt settlement of the debtors of the banking network, so the deadline stated in the resolution of the 64th meeting of the National Corona Headquarters dated 1/21/1400 on the law of debt relief of the debtors of the banking network, for those involved. “It will be extended for the last six months from the first of October.”

In addition, paragraph (3) of the resolutions of the said meeting also stipulates:

“Extension of the granting of corona facilities until the end of 1400 and also the delay in repaying the installments of the granted bank facilities until the end of 1400 to cultural, artistic and media businesses affected by the Corona crisis (including the corporate facility of Samaneh Kara, Omid Entrepreneurship Fund, etc.)”

Accordingly, and according to the aforementioned levels, banks and credit institutions are obliged to expedite and in accordance with the provisions of Section No. No. 1450/16 dated 5/16 / 16 to notify all relevant units and to closely monitor its implementation.
