The Deputy Minister of Handicrafts condoled the death of the veteran weaving artist



According to the General Directorate of Public Relations and Information of the Ministry of Heritage, Culture, Tourism and Handicrafts, Pouya Mahmoudian’s message of condolence is:

“we are for God and we return to him

Masters and veterans of Iranian handicrafts and traditional arts are considered the most valuable artistic assets of this region, which have always kept this blazing flame alive by teaching the theoretical foundations and scientific techniques of these arts to the younger generation.

The late Professor Mohammad Hassan Malek Sabet was one of the pioneers in the field of finance and weaving. Certainly, the absence of such an unreasonable artist is a deplorable loss for the community of handicrafts and traditional arts.

“I offer my condolences to the family of the deceased and all the artists of handicrafts and traditional arts for this great loss, and for the soul of that dear artist, I ask God Almighty for peace and divine forgiveness.”

The late Mohammad Hassan Malek Sabet was born in 1338 in Yazd and entered the field of weaving and weaving at the age of 12. This artist had a creative badge certificate.

The late Mohammad Hassan Malek Sabet died of an illness and was buried in the artists’ section on the morning of Friday, February 22nd.
