Esdaleh Ghafari added: According to the law and the executive regulations, all families whose third child’s birth date is at the same time or after the approval of the youth law, i.e. from 24 Mehr 1400, are eligible for this facility.
Stating that this facility is in the form of land and residential units, he said: The maximum area expected to deliver land to families is 200 square meters, and to create the necessary motivation for eligible families, only land preparation costs will be charged from families.
Ghaffari said: This fee is not in cash and no payment will be taken until two years after the conclusion of the contract during the breathing period.
He continued: The rest of it will be received in the next eight years, which is a small amount and does not include fees.
The head of the Land and Housing Affairs Office of the National Land and Housing Organization said: According to the executive regulations, if the value of the land is below 800 million tomans, it will be given to one family, and if its price is above 800 million to 1.6 billion tomans, it will be given to two families, and if If the price is more than that and the plot of land cannot be separated, the preparation fee of 200 meters will be charged and the rest will be charged based on the price difference.
Ghafari identified the three indicators and conditions for providing this facility as the birth date of the third child, the population and the average fertility of the cities and explained: This law is implemented in cities with a population of less than 500 people and an average fertility of less than 2.5 people.
He added: If there is not enough land in the city in question, land will be transferred in the father’s hometown or in nearby cities.
The head of the land and housing assignment office of the National Land and Housing Organization pointed out: a person who has previously used the facility of land or residential unit or subsidized housing loan is not eligible to receive the facility, but according to Article 3 of the law, if a family is not eligible, but their third child is born on the date mentioned later, he can receive this new facility as an exception.

It should be noted that the law on the protection of the family and the youth of the population was notified by the president to the executive bodies on November 24, 1400, and the date of notification of its executive regulations was October 4, 1401.
