The details of the 6th Iranian Cinema Research Award of the Year have been announced

Will remain. Research is an intelligent behavior and seeks to open a new horizon. In the field of cinema, which is an all-encompassing and influential art, the importance of research becomes a hundredfold. In the cinema organization, if we want to have productions that are effective, the best way to progress is through research.

Ashna pointed out: Therefore, in the cinema organization, in addition to the Cinema Year Research Award, we also have research activities throughout the year. We hold this event for this important issue with several goals. The Research of the Year Award, which started in 2015 and is now in its sixth year, is held with several goals, and the first goal is to open the door to science and research, to honor the activities of researchers, and to advance cinema in the field of production and policy. and give direction to those who work in research. All those who want to submit a Master’s thesis or PhD note that they are supported.

He added: At the beginning of the year, the policy council of the festival was elected by the decision of the head of the film organization. Two meetings were held and we announced the themes of the research award, and we also held a meeting with the Honorable Deputy Minister of Science, and he also announced to the universities that students can submit their research to this event. Akbar Naboi, Masoud Naqashzadeh, Ramtin Shahbazi, Saeed Elahi, Amirreza Mafi are members of the sixth term policymaking council, and in the meetings held and the themes of this research award include “cinema, hope, hope-making”, “cinema, religion, Islamic revolution, defense” Holy”, “Cinema, economy, employment and entrepreneurship”, “Cinema, industry and technology”, “Cinema, audience, family and Iranian and Islamic lifestyle”, “Cinema and technology”, “Cinema, dignity, authority and national honor “, “Cinema, nationalism and strategies and Islamic civilization”.

Ashna emphasized: 52 articles, 33 researches, 20 plans, 16 master theses and 16 doctoral theses have been sent to this event. Out of 125 works, 46 are women and 79 are men, the average age of women is 30 and men are 35. 85% of the plans related to Tehran and 15% were sent from other cities. University of Tehran, University of Arts, University of Imam Jafar Sadiq (AS), Research Institute of Islamic Sciences, Research Institute of Culture and Art, Academic Jihad and Kashan University sent the most works.
