According to Tejarat News, based on the plans of the 13th government to house low-income people, the amount of installments for the National Housing Movement loan was announced.

The 13th government, in line with the implementation of the national housing movement plan and reducing the cost for the deprived classes, set the bank loan interest rate of 400 and 300 million tomans for decimals one to four in this plan with an interest of 2%, which is a measure for the low-income classes to become homeowners.

Hadi Abbasi, Deputy Minister of Housing and Construction of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, announced last week: In the Supreme Housing Council, with the support of the President, a 15-year National Housing Movement loan of 400 million tomans was allocated with an interest rate of 2% for the first to fourth tenths of the applicant.

He added: Also, 300 million tomans of 15-year facility for the third and fourth deciles with two percent interest has been considered for housing construction.

According to this report, due to the fact that it is free in the National Housing Movement Plan, if it costs about 10 million tomans per square meter to build a 70-meter unit, about 700 million tomans is needed.

On the other hand, a large part of the problem of the deprived classes was that they were not able to pay their assigned share, so for this purpose, the government, with a supportive view, in addition to granting free land, in the Supreme Housing Council, paid this amount of facilities at 2% interest. approved

Meanwhile, if we calculate the amount of installments of this loan based on payment in a simple way, the monthly installment amount of the facility is 400 million tomans with 2% interest and 15-year repayment is about 2 million 500 thousand tomans.

The total repayment of this facility will be equal to 463 million Tomans, which means that the interest of this loan is equal to 63 million and 300 thousand Tomans.

Also, the monthly payment amount of 300 million Tomans loan with 2% interest will be about 1,930,000 Tomans and the total repayment will be 347 million Tomans, the total profit of this facility is about 47 million Tomans.
