According to Mehr news agency, citing the public relations of Tehran network, the story of the cultivation and production of barberry and its by-products from the farm to the table is the topic of this week’s “Rosino” program, which will be aired at 10:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 21.
By traveling to South Khorasan province and Birjand city as the production pole of barberry, which is also known as red ruby, “Rozino” examines the path of cultivation to processing of this useful food item with numerous nutritional properties and its by-products.
