He said that today 20 tons of hot chicken and 25 tons of frozen chicken will be distributed in these squares, he said: in the coming days, the number of squares and the volume of supply will increase.

According to this official, hot chickens will be distributed in Jalal Al-Ahmad, Sadeghieh, Shahid Lavasani, Shahid Heravi, Sardar Jangal, Azadegan, Moallem, Azadi, Tehransar and Nawab chickens in the squares today and will be distributed in 21 municipal squares in the coming days.
In response to why there is a gap between the approved price of 24,900 Tomans for chicken and the price sold in the market, he said: “This rate is for last year, but since the beginning of this year, the prices of labor, transportation and other inputs have increased.” And the cost of production has risen.
He also said that the new chicken rate is to be approved.
According to Fars, the price of chicken, which had reached 40,000 Tomans per kilogram in the past few days, has calmed down to 30,000 Tomans last week.
*Increase production of 10 million chickens in the coming months
Salemi in response to the fact that some blamed the decline in production for rising chicken prices and whether production has decreased? He said: “The warm months until Bostan had caused the chickens not to gain weight, and because of this, production had decreased and, of course, hatching had decreased, but in July and August, hatching increased by 10 million pieces and progressed to the colder months.” And the cooler the weight of the chicken, the more it will produce.
According to this official, 118 million chickens were hatched in September, and this amount will be done in October.
