According to Mehr news agency, citing Sima’s information base, Mohsen Barmahani, Vice President of Sima, visited the groups of this network while attending the Documentary Network and told the colleagues of Khodaqut.
Mohsen Barmahani, present at the meeting of the network’s directors’ council, said: “The agile structure, motivated forces, and good performance of this group are undoubtedly indebted to the previous directors, which fortunately have been preserved.”
By stating that I always introduce myself as a documentary maker, Barmani continued: “The organizational point of view also indicates that the documentary structure is important for the national media and the head of the organization, and documentary productions should be strengthened in the period of media transformation.” This network has the capacity to improve and organize it even more with a specialized look at the documentary field.
The vice president of Sima also emphasized: According to the comprehensive conductor of Sima, domestic and foreign documentaries should be included and presented to the audience in the main channels of the fixed section (box).
Referring to the difference in the impact of documentary with other television structures, he emphasized: this network can have an international function based on its nature and the capacity of the documentary structure, and the vision and direction of the documentary network should be aligned with this vision and take steps.
Emphasizing the production on a global scale, the vice president of Sima stated: Plan for the sale of works by using new marketing methods and interacting with the General Directorate of Supply and International Media.
Barmahani said: religious and revolutionary semiotics must be observed in production documentaries and this is the first step and of course very important.
Saying that this TV channel has been one of the pioneers of broadcasting with HD quality, the vice president of Sima said: We have to pay the cost of changing the technology in order to keep up with the standards of the world in order to broadcast productions with acceptable quality while paying attention to the content.
In this meeting, Mohsen Yazdi, the manager of Documentary Network, while pointing out the amount of daily production of the network, presented a report of the works under production with topics such as housing, Pahlavi economy, meeting with history.
During the visit of Sima Vice President to Documentary Network, Salim Ghafouri, Deputy Vice President of Sima, Saeed Soltani, Executive Advisor and Office Manager, Seyed Baqer Haji Seyed Razi, Head of the Production and Technical Center, Kurosh Mofakheri, Head of the Design, Program and Evaluation Center, and Hamid Khajenejad, Director of Public Relations of Sima were also present.
