Also, the old design coin has been traded with a decrease of 1 million 703 thousand tomans to 19 million 34 thousand tomans. The drop of 3 million tomans of the new design coin is the sharpest price drop in recent years.

The half coin of 1 million 1600 thousand tomans, the quarter coin of 1 million 100 thousand tomans and the gram coin of 200 thousand tomans have decreased in price.

In the informal market, the dollar is sold with a decrease of 1,500 tomans in the range of 39,000 tomans, and the euro is sold at 2,700 tomans, a decrease of 43,200 tomans, and the dirham is sold with a decrease of 700 tomans to 10,975 tomans.

In the official market, the dollar is traded at 37,935 tomans and the euro at 41,750 tomans, which has decreased by about 1,000 tomans compared to Thursday’s price.

Some experts of the currency market predict that the downward trend in the price of currency and coins will continue in the coming days.
