The effective role of the Cooperative Development Bank in supporting knowledge-based activities
Sardar Mehdinejad Nouri, Deputy Minister of Science and Research of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, said during a visit to the bank’s booth: “Innovative and technological activities have a great role and role in creating added value of economic sectors and job creation and progress based on justice.”
He added: “Cooperative Development Bank with a development mission can be effective in supporting knowledge-based companies.”
Mohammad Ali Eslami, Director General of Culture and Social Affairs of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, said: “According to the cultural and social missions of the Cooperative Development Bank, it is possible to advance joint measures to create a culture of cooperative activities.”
He added: “By developing cooperation between the two countries, the student community of the country can play an effective role in promoting activities based on the approaches and teachings of cooperative economics.”
Shahram Bakhsha, Head of Public Relations Department of the Cooperative Development Bank, said in these meetings: “In recent years, the bank has had contracts and understandings with the Vice President for Science and Technology and the Innovation and Prosperity Fund, and the bank’s facilities have been allocated to innovative and technological projects.”
Bakhsha said: Iran Cooperative Innovation and Development Center, Menta as a specialized institution in the cooperative sector, has been effective in strengthening knowledge-based cooperatives and the Cooperative Development Bank is one of the most important pillars of this center.
He described the presence of innovation and technology units of organizations, associations and companies in this exhibition as an opportunity to think and develop cooperation and said: “Knowledge-based companies also offer their new services and products in this exhibition to individuals and legal entities.”
Bakhsha pointed out: The competition and battle between startups will be held on the last day of the exhibition and the five selected startups will be awarded the facilities of three thousand billion Rials by the Cooperative Development Bank at a preferential rate.
