In this regard, the National Land and Housing Organization in cooperation with The country’s Property and Deeds Registration Organization has put the cadastre plan on the agenda in order to identify surplus lands of government agencies and lands whose ownership documents have not been given in the name of the government, and be made available to the public.
He stated: In line with the implementation of the law on the protection of the family and the youth of the population, the regulations related to the land of residential units were approved in this plan and it was determined that those who succeed in having a third child, their need for housing is through the transfer of land or a residential unit. It should be resolved in the form of the National Housing Movement Plan.
Has the government encountered problems in providing land?

Fakhari pointed out: In the previous government, meeting the needs of the people for housing remained in every possible way and this possibility was not provided, therefore, with a simple statistic, we come to the conclusion that if it is to be in an eight-year period, 600 to 700 thousand per year If the units are not built and people cannot meet their needs, the government will have to build between four and five million new residential units in a four-year period.
He stated: The government has a very big target with many problems for the construction of housing in a four-year period, which is only possible with the cooperation and participation of the people and all executive bodies. Despite the high desire of mass builders in the world, the government has given priority to domestic mass builders to build high quality residential units.

Construction of 100 housing units per hectare
Fakhari added: In some places, due to the problems in land supply, we have to increase the density or increase the height of the building, so on average, for the National Housing Movement Plan, 70 units are planned to be built per hectare, which in some Points may reach 100 units.
He stated: Due to the lack of land and the difficulties we are facing, especially in the western region of the country, the development of cities is not possible, and even annexation to cities through flat land is not possible, so naturally we have to increase the density. .
He stated: In this regard, we are under severe pressure in the provision of land in Gilan and Mazandaran provinces, we have few government lands, and in terms of the land structure, they are of first and second grade types and are agricultural lands that are used for construction and Construction is prohibited in it, so we have to take the existing land under the burden of density with the necessary precautions and keep the balance of environmental issues in accordance with the climatic conditions in the field of construction.
