The end of the Jeddah Summit; From the repeated claims of Biden and bin Salman to the anti-Zionist words of the Emir of Qatar

According to IRNA’s report on Saturday, heavy advertisements for the US President’s trip to the Middle East and his plans for the countries of the region and the creation of a coalition between them had cast a shadow on the regional media for several weeks.
Part of the ice of these advertisements was melted by the negation and denial of such plans by the participants and their early aversion to participate in such projects, of course, with their knowledge of themselves and America.
Biden’s meeting with the heads of several Arab countries in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, ended without any achievement other than the reading of neutral and pre-written texts.
The first speaker of this meeting was Mohammed bin Salman, Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, who expressed his hope for the beginning of a new period of cooperation with America.
Bin Salman said: We hope that a new period of strategic cooperation between the countries of the region and the United States will begin in this meeting.
He added: This meeting is being held while the region and the world are facing big challenges and these challenges require more international efforts.
Bin Salman added: Incorrect policies and abandoning the main sources of energy will lead to unprecedented inflation.
He asked Iran to cooperate with the countries of the region and adhere to international principles.
Without referring to the seven-year invasion of Yemen, the Saudi crown prince said: We support all efforts to resolve the crisis in Yemen through political dialogues among the Yemenis.
Bin Salman added: Completing the security and stability system in the region requires finding a solution for the crises of the countries in the region.
The President of the United States was the second speaker of this meeting who started his speech by accusing Iran.
Biden said: Iran disrupts the stability of the Middle East.
Stating that we are determined to destroy the sources of terrorism, he added: We support our partners for the coalition in order to solve all problems.
Without referring to his plans, Biden added: We have a clear plan about what should be done in the Middle East.
He said: New members will be added to cooperation in the region, and Israel is one of them.
Stating that America is an active partner in the region, Biden added: We support cooperation and partnership with countries that respect global principles and values.
He said: We do not accept the use of force to change the borders and we collect billions of dollars to reduce the crises in the region.
The President of the United States added: We agreed on the increase of oil production in the coming months and we adhere to the freedom of movement and shipping in the region.
Biden added: We will not allow any country to dominate another country through military means.
In repeated statements, he said: We continue to put pressure on Iran’s nuclear program and try to prevent Tehran from acquiring nuclear weapons.
Addressing the participants of the Jeddah meeting, Biden added: America is counting on your cooperation for a better future in the region.
The King of Jordan was the other speaker of the meeting, who recognized the importance of Biden’s trip at the same time as the Corona crisis and the Ukraine crisis.
Abdullah II said that his country is facing new dangers, including the smuggling of weapons and drugs at the borders.
He said: Palestinians should also participate in economic cooperation.
Abdullah II added: Without the establishment of an independent Palestinian state within the borders of 1967, security and stability will not be established in the region.
The President of Egypt said at the meeting in Jeddah: Global and regional crises continue and their intensity has increased and cast a shadow over humanity.
Abdul Fattah al-Sisi added: Our countries and region should have a concrete participation in fighting contemporary challenges.
He said: The time has come for our efforts to stop conflicts and civil wars in the region to be put together.
Al-Sisi said: “The world has room for everyone’s presence and peace based on right and justice, and moving towards the future depends on how to interact and deal with regional crises.”
He added: A fair and inclusive solution should be found for the Palestinian issue based on the formation of two states.
The President of Egypt said: The security of Arab countries is an inseparable complex and the principle of respect for national sovereignty and non-interference in their affairs should be the basis of Arab-Arab relations.
Al-Sisi added: We declare our commitment to fight against any kind of terrorism and extremism. There is no place for militias, mercenaries and weapons mafia in the region, and we defend our security and interests with any means and methods.
He added: We support every effort to strengthen cooperation to deal with the food and energy crisis.
Al-Sisi called for a review of the water security laws.
The king of Bahrain also considered foreign interference as one of the biggest challenges in the region, and according to him, the time has come to end it.
Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa added: The issue of Palestine should be resolved based on the formation of two countries and the Arab peace plan
The Emir of Qatar was the speaker of this meeting and said: There will be no security and stability in the shadow of the conflict.
Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani added: If the parties to the conflict follow international laws and the United Nations Charter, tragedies and the deaths of many people will be avoided.
He said: Crises and wars in any region affect the whole world.
Tamim bin Hamad added: The war in Ukraine fueled the worsening of the economic crisis, which may lead to a human disaster.
He said: “With the cooperation of our partners in the region, we will not hesitate to take any measures to ensure the continuous supply of fuel.”
The Emir of Qatar said: “The stability of the Persian Gulf region is necessary not only for the region but also for the international community, and we emphasize our position of keeping the Persian Gulf region and the Middle East away from nuclear weapons.”
Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani added: We emphasize the right of the countries in the region to use nuclear energy peacefully based on international laws.
He added: We consider it necessary to resolve disputes in the region through dialogue, respecting the sovereignty of countries and not interfering in their affairs.
Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani said: “One of the most important factors of crisis and instability in the region is Israel’s actions in violation of international laws, and this crisis will continue until Israel stops building settlements, changing the characteristics of Jerusalem, and besieging Gaza.”
He added: Arab countries agree on the Arab peace plan despite all the differences, and it should not be abandoned because Israel is against this plan.
The Emir of Qatar supported the ceasefire between the Yemeni parties.
The Crown Prince of Kuwait, one of the other speakers of this meeting, said: We need more cooperation and cooperation to deal with the challenges in the region.
Sheikh Meshaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah added: The member countries of the Persian Gulf Cooperation Council continue to have a strategic partnership with the United States, and these countries hope that this meeting will be the beginning of new steps to solve the problems of the region.
He added: We hope that comprehensive and permanent peace will be achieved based on international laws and the establishment of the Palestinian state.
Al-Sabah said: We demand Iran’s cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency and we support the efforts to establish security and stability in Yemen.
He added: We should all stand in a line to put aside our differences and overcome the existing dangers.
The Prime Minister of Iraq also started his speech by addressing internal issues and the life of democracy in his country.
Mustafa Al-Kazemi said: After decades of dictatorship, the life of democracy in Iraq is approaching 20 years, and this nascent democracy is progressing despite great challenges and crises.
He added: “After the elections, there are still political problems that require maintaining the principles of democracy.”
Al-Kazemi stated: Iraq is trying to create an atmosphere of dialogue in the Middle East, and economic cooperation and security coordination between brothers in the region are in line with the interests of the nations of the region.
The representatives of the UAE and the Sultanate of Oman did not speak in this meeting.
