According to Tejarat News, at the end of today’s stock market trading, the total index of the stock market increased by 40 thousand 862 units, equivalent to 1.68 percent, and reached 2 million 479 thousand 415 units.
Equal weight index also had a good day and grew by 15 thousand 566 units, equivalent to 1.94%, to reach the level of 816 thousand 527 units.
Free floating indices, the first market and the second market grew by 1.86%, 1.94% and 1.36% respectively.
Exchange developments
Today in the Stock Exchange, the symbols of Foulad, Femli, Tapico, Webmelet, Shabandar, Shasta and Shetran had the most positive impact on the growth of the total index. Foulad alone increased the total index by 4,703 points, and Femli contributed 3,687 units to the rise of the total stock market index.
Meanwhile, Foulad, Shasta, Khodro, Khasapa, Khagstar, Petrol and Femli were the most traded stock symbols in today’s transactions. It should be noted that the Tehran Stock Exchange witnessed transactions worth 18,229 billion Tomans today.
OTC developments
Today, the total OTC index grew by 583 units and reached a height of 30,954 units. In this market, the symbols of Keghar, Aria, Hormuz, Vespehr, Saba, Zagros and Arfa had the greatest impact on the growth of the total OTC index.
Today, Gedna, Kerman, Khavar, Kausar, Detolid, Frabours and Vespehr were the most traded symbols of the exchange. The over-the-counter exchange witnessed transactions worth 38,653 billion tomans today.
The value of retail transactions
Today, the stock market witnessed transactions worth 56,772 billion tomans. Of this amount, 36%, equivalent to 20,400 billion Tomans, was the share of retail transactions. In this way, the stock market was able to keep the value of transactions at a high level as an important factor of market prosperity.
It should be noted that today the stock market witnessed the arrival of 1,260 billion Tomans of real money. Yesterday, the stock market experienced the change of ownership of two thousand and 510 tomans from legal to real.
Industry performance
Today, most automotive icons are green and experienced growth. This group recorded the highest real money inflow among different groups today. Meanwhile, the banks, base metals and consolidating groups saw their tickers grow.
Today, more than 79 symbols registered gains of more than 5%, and 111 symbols had price growth between 4 and 5%. At the same time, out of all the symbols of the market, 151 symbols were traded in the negative range and only 6 symbols saw a drop of 4% or more.
