Both changes in thought and outlook, and in methods of action. We need deconstruction in both areas. Imaginary red lines will be removed. “We want creative and courageous managers, and the era of conservative, static and impersonal methods is over.”
“Management in the Islamic Republic is an invaluable service to the people and paving their way to divine and human virtues and values,” he said.
The Minister of Heritage, Culture, Tourism and Handicrafts said: “The lack of familiarity of some managers with the spirit of their duties and stereotypes and the removal of responsibility has been the scourge of the country’s management.”
“The Ministry of Heritage, Culture, Tourism and Handicrafts has not been given the attention it deserves,” he added. “It is the duty of all of us to raise and elevate the position of the ministry.”
“Ministry managers need to upgrade their knowledge and information in mission areas,” said Engineer Zarghami.
“Cyberspace and the reflection of public opinion on issues related to the ministry’s missions is not a threat, but an opportunity,” said the Minister of Heritage, Culture, Tourism and Handicrafts, noting the importance of cyberspace in areas related to the device.
He considered the preservation of cultural heritage and historical buildings and their introduction to future generations as one of the most important missions of the ministry and stressed: Was.”
The Minister of Heritage, Culture, Tourism and Handicrafts added: “There are educated and qualified personnel in this ministry, which will meet the future needs of human resources for development and new missions by creating a special system.”
“Honoring the client, from visitors to museums and tourism centers to private sector administrative clients, will be an important indicator of the evaluation of staff and provincial managers,” he added.
Zarghami continued by stating that all new missions should have a cultural and media attachment: “Supervision of hotels, accommodation centers, ecotourism, etc. should be pursued more carefully and sensitively. “These will be the indicators for evaluating the performance of colleagues.”
“Meeting managers with investors and entrepreneurs should be a priority in their programs, especially those who do not need banking facilities,” he added.
“Bureaucracy has become a deadly scourge of the management system,” said the Minister of Heritage, Culture, Tourism and Handicrafts. “Simplification, the creation of a single window and the removal of obstructive barriers by accepting a percentage of natural error are emphasized by the ministry.”
In the end, he thanked the Islamic Consultative Assembly for paying the facilities of Note 18 and added: “By holding joint meetings with the esteemed representatives, the consideration of the applicants’ cases has begun.”
