According to Mehr News Agency, the public relations of the Broadcasting Organization issued a notice in response to some doubts raised about why the commercial advertisements of 2 service platforms “Digikala” and “Ezki” were broadcast.

The text of the announcement is as follows:

Public relations of the Broadcasting Organization, in response to some doubts raised about why the commercial advertisements of the two service platforms “Digikala” and “Ezki” are being broadcast, evoke the public opinion: the contracts of these 2 platforms in the General Department of Commerce of the Broadcasting Organization, in accordance with The laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the rules for accepting and broadcasting commercial advertisements have been concluded and implemented. The criteria for accepting and broadcasting commercial ads for all ad owners is the law and legal licenses that each ad owner should obtain from different sources and submit to the national media according to their products or services. After verifying their accuracy, the national media broadcasts advertisements according to the legal regulations and the mutual agreement. Naturally, both mentioned platforms have provided all the documents and approved legal permits.

In addition to the fact that the mentioned companies operate by obtaining a license from the relevant institutions and according to the relevant regulations and laws, none of the competent regulatory institutions have had any correspondence or contact with the General Directorate of Broadcasting and Broadcasting to prevent the broadcast of advertisements of these collections.

Also, according to the information of the General Department of Commerce, the recent problem of these companies has been solved by submitting a commitment to the competent authorities and relevant institutions, and they did not broadcast any advertisements at the desired time and before solving the problem.
