The shooting of the short film “Paranoid”, written and directed by Hesam Asadi and produced by Seyyed Alireza Shah Hosseini, ended after an eight-month hiatus due to the Corona pandemic.
Theater News Base: The film finished filming while all agents were vaccinated. The short film “Paranoid” deals specifically with the mental disorder “Paranoia” in the form of a social and family story.
Paranoid is the story of a father who suffers from this disorder and has suffered from heart problems due to the stress caused by this disease. Her daughter and son-in-law, who have a bankrupt workshop, keep the father at home for a while. Problems start when the father decides to go home.
Hesam Asadi – The director of this film says: The making of this short film took a long time due to the different corona waves, but all the committed agents stayed with this project until the end of the work. He sees the love and affection of all actors as a clear sign of the potential of the short film.
In this short film, Asghar Omidinejad, Shabnam Sadeghzadeh, Nima Zaker and Mansour Mir Shafiei have played roles.
