In regards to the appeal of Shams Azar Mehr Qazvin Club against the decision of the Disciplinary Committee, according to which, in terms of the use of an unauthorized player named Seyed Jatbi Hosseini in the game against Hamadan Municipality, the decision was to deduct 3 points and pay 510 million Rials to the appellant club and 2 sessions of suspension. and payment of 260 million Rials fine for the player, although the protesting team in the name of Hamadan Municipality has expressed consent after issuing the preliminary ruling, but the use of an unauthorized player through the use of temporary documents is not one of the violations that have a private aspect. According to the documents and according to Article 106, deducting 3 points to 2 billion Rials fine and maintaining the other punishments listed in the petition, the appeal verdict is confirmed and declared final.
