The first food desk for food of nations was held / 49 specialized desks were formed in the form of 13 tourism committees



According to the Heritage Aria reporter, the first meeting of the specialized table of food tourism of nations, one of the four subdivisions of the Food Tourism Federation, was held today, Tuesday, July 27, 1401, in the cultural and tourism complex of Abbasabad, with the presence of Seyed Mostafa Fatemi.

Fatemi referred to Zarghami’s special view on the participation of tourism activists in the development of tourism, adding: “The goals of the ministry are to diversify the issue of tourism and to ‘experience’ this field.” “In this regard, planning is underway to form 49 specialized tables in the form of 13 national committees.”

“This project is currently being implemented under the name of provincial tables, and specialized tourism tables have been set up in Golestan and Yazd provinces,” he added.

“This experiment has been carried out in different countries and has been implemented in the Ministry of Sports under various committees, which has been successful,” said the director general of the Office of Domestic Tourism Development.

“The plan of the national tourism committees and specialized tables is ready to be sent to the Supreme Council of Cultural Heritage,” Fatemi stated.

He further explained about the specialized tables for food tourism: “In this area, the formation of four specialized tables for Iranian food, nations, cold drinks and hot drinks, as well as bread and sweets is planned.”

The Director General of the Office of Domestic Tourism Development pointed out the lack of coherence in the field of food tourism and added: “It should have not been achieved.”

“The members of the specialized tables will be a combination of two tourism experts and one knowledge-based company,” he said, noting the importance of role-playing and the participation of private sector activists and four tourism organizations.

Fatemi described the role of the Ministry of Heritage, Culture, Tourism and Handicrafts in setting up specialized support and facilitation desks, adding: “Our main goal as the government is to solve these problems and we will be with the private sector in a supporting role.”

The director general of domestic tourism development cited structuring, training, removing barriers and planning for thematic events as the goals of this, and Afroud: “We do not want to have a managerial role in specialized tables. “There are many problems that the government alone cannot solve, and the presence of tourism stakeholders is needed to solve them.”

The Director General of Domestic Tourism Development expressed hope that the continuation of these meetings will lead to the development and prosperity of tourism in the country.

Zahra Larijani, head of the food tourism group of the Deputy Minister of Tourism, also said about the formation of the Tourism Federation: “Economic revenue generation has started.”

Referring to food tourism as one of the tourism products, he expressed hope that by forming four specialized tables of Iranian food, nations, cold and hot drinks and bread and sweets, as well as continuing meetings and presenting members’ opinions, we will witness good events in this field.

Fahim Habibi, Deputy Minister of Culture of Abbasabad Renovation Company, stated that there is a significant space for food in Abbasabad lands and food is an important part of this complex, adding: “We are ready to hold any event related to food and tourism in this place and we hope the base “Let’s form an identity of food tourism in the lands of Abbasabad.”

Following the meeting, Mohammad Hussein Jabal Ameli provided explanations on the factors of adaptation and standardization in restaurants of the nations, and the owners of some restaurants in the country, including Raftari, Parhami House, Bistango, Haftkhan, Greek, Kabul House, presented their comments and suggestions.

Also, the poster of the meta-tourism city of food and the first meta-tourism of food was unveiled.

At the end of the meeting, dishes from Pakistan, Armenia, Afghanistan, Greece, China, India, Japan, Spain, Turkey, Italy, France and Turkmenistan were served to the participants.
