The first image of the Ryzen 6000H processor – the 6nm Rembrand family

Finally the first image of the Ryzen 6000H notebook processor codenamed Rembradnt and 6nm architecture by the website Videocardz Released. As mentioned, this site has received two images from a laptop with AMD’s upcoming APU.
One of the images shows the motherboard of the Alienware m17 R5 gaming laptop with the Ryzen 6000 series. According to the information, this notebook will apparently be the fastest laptop under the AMD Advantage program.

Rembrandt uses the FP7 package, which is actually the same size as the FP6, 25 x 35 mm. This information is important because we can make the first comparison (though not very accurately). According to Patrick Schur, the dimensions of this APU should be 208 mm2, and we can confirm this almost because we see the dimensions of 206 mm2 according to the not so clear image.

Rembrandt block diagram as well ExecutableFix shared. This diagram confirms that the APU has up to 8 cores of 16 strings. Support for DDR5 and PCI Express Gen 4.0 is also confirmed. In terms of integrated graphics, we see the presence of 6 WGPs based on RDNA 2.

The top-of-the-line Ryzen 6000 lineup was recently unveiled by Wccftech, but does not include the Ryzen 5 6-core models as well as the HS models.
Processor name | Family | Architecture | Technology | Number of cores / strings | Base frequency | Boost frequency | Level three cache | Integrated graphics | thermal power |
Ryzen 9 6980HX | Rembrandt H | Zen 3+ | 6 nanometers? | 8/16 | Unknown | 5.00 GHz | 16 MB | Radeon 680M | More than 45 watts |
Ryzen 9 6900HX | Rembrandt H | Zen 3+ | 6 nanometers? | 8/16 | Unknown | 4.90 GHz | 16 MB | Radeon 680M | More than 45 watts |
Ryzen 7 6800H | Rembrandt H | Zen 3+ | 6 nanometers? | 8/16 | Unknown | 4.70 GHz | 16 MB | Unknown | 35 to 45 watts |
In addition to the images, we also see the names of new processors. The future Alienware laptop will use a chip up to the Ryzen 9 6980HX with 8 16-core cores and a boost frequency of 5.0 GHz. In addition, up to Radeon RX 6850M XT graphics with 12 GB GDDR6 graphics are also provided for it. Of course, this graphic is not present in the image above, and we see the Radeon RX 6700M model with 10 GB of memory.
