The first national conference of Beski health tourism started in Golestan

According to the Aria Heritage report, citing the public relations of the Golestan General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts, the scientific secretary of this national conference said on the sidelines of the ceremony: 42 articles on wellness tourism, lifestyle modification, sports therapy, the role of naturopathy in prevention and recovery, relaxation and mindfulness in nature. Massage and hydrotherapy, hoteling and hydrotherapy, health tourism branding, digital marketing in health tourism were sent for this conference.

Mohsen Ebrahimi added: lifestyle and temperament modification workshops based on the principles of Iranian medicine, healthy eating in tourism complexes, ecotourism and restaurants, sports therapy and corrective movements are among the other programs planned in this conference.

He stated: Also, nature, peace and health, ecotourism and agricultural tourism in Golestan province are among the topics of some of the panels of this conference, which are presented by 11 members of the faculty specializing in tourism.

Dr. Gholam Ali Beski, known as Baba Beski and the father of Iran’s nature, was born in February 1310 in Sabzevar and was one of the first doctors and surgeons in the field of obstetrics and gynecology in Gonbadkavos region, who opened a hospital in this city in 1345, but a few years later in 1349 He left the city life and devoted the rest of his life to protecting the environment, promoting the culture of environmental protection and planting a large number of diverse seedlings of fruitful and forest trees.

Dr. Beski, whose name was intertwined with the nature and environment of Iran and had an international reputation, after enduring 70 months of illness, on the morning of Wednesday, August 23, at the age of 88, accepted the right call and according to his will, his body was buried in front of his hospital. He rested in the soil in Golestan National Park near Tangrah village.

Sabzgaman Beski Institute is an environmental non-governmental, independent and non-profit organization with a board of trustees structure, established by the family of the late Dr. Gholam Ali Beski (activist and environmentalist known as the father of Iran’s nature) and a number of people interested in nature and the environment, since 2013 with registration number 192 as Officially started its activities in the direction of environmental protection and the office of this institution is located in Gonbadkavos city.
