The first national Gadmagah Theater Festival will be held in Yazd, focusing on the historical event of “Mobaheleh”.


According to Fars news agency, the coordination meeting and the signing of the cooperation memorandum for holding the first national festival of Gadhamgah theater centered on the historical event of Mobaheleh was held in the office of the director general of performing arts.

This veteran Pirgholam continued: “I am very happy that the country’s theater directors have the necessary knowledge about such issues and are taking steps for this important historical event that has a role to play in our faith.”

In the end, Manishi said: “Due to the importance of this great cultural and artistic festival, which also has a spiritual aspect, all organizations and institutions and private and government centers should come to work and cooperate to organize this important event as best as possible.” It is expected that all friends in different institutions will pay special attention to this issue because as far as I know, this is the first time in the country that special attention is being paid to Mubahele.

In the continuation of this meeting, Kazem Nazari, while thanking professor Ali Manshi, said: “We are grateful to him that things went well with the follow-ups he did.” On the other hand, the nobles thought about the importance of holding such a cultural and spiritual festival that existed for us in the General Department of Performing Arts, we thought about the design and how to organize the Gadhamgah (Mubahele) festival and finally we reached the final stage of holding this event. We at the General Department of Performing Arts consider it our duty to take steps in the direction of expanding Islamic, religious and human culture and art.”

The general director of performing arts continued: “When we thought of holding the Kadhamgah (Mobahele) festival, we wanted this festival to be held in one of the provinces and to witness the performance of provincial artists. Further, the suggestion of holding this festival was presented to the senior and cultural managers of several provinces, and finally, the city of Meibod accepted to host this festival.

Nazari emphasized: “The Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance also very much welcomed this plan and they are seriously following the process of holding the festival from us. We also hope that the religious authorities and scholars of the country will be with us with their support and empathy in this festival, which will be held from July 19 to July 22, because it is always a matter of familiarity, expansion and deepening of religious ideals and beliefs. »

In the end, he added: “We hope that financial support from the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance and relevant institutions and organizations of Yazd province will be provided for this festival at a suitable level and that this great event will be held in the best way.”

In the continuation of this meeting, Ehsan Abedi, Director General of Culture and Islamic Guidance of Yazd Province, also said: “The Supreme Leader says, ‘Every thought, if it wants to spread, must be connected to art’.” In the Islamic revolution, we have been successful wherever we have been able to introduce an event and a concept with the tools of art.”

He continued: “It’s been a few years now that street theater has been among the people and it has become very pleasant for them. “In the current situation, street theater can help a lot to better and more popularize the event of Mubahele.”

Abedi said: “We are happy that we want to host this festival and important event in the city of Meibod, and we ask the Director General of Performing Arts to keep the permanent secretariat of this event in Yazd province and make it global.”

In the continuation of this meeting, it was the turn of the director of the street theater center. Shahram Noshir gave an explanation about the presence of the representative of the street theater center in all the provinces and said about planning for street performances in the provinces and cities.

Noshir also stated that we expect a special place to be designed and prepared for the street performances of Gadhamgah Festival (Mobahleh) and said: “Performances of Gadhamgah National Theater Festival (Mahbahleh) are performed with a competitive approach and based on the discussion with the Director General of Performing Arts and the CEO Iran’s Performing Arts Association, the winners of this festival will be introduced to Fajr Theater Festival.

Kazem Nazari further explained: “Given the importance of the issue of “Mobahlah”, our proposal is that the governorate and municipality of Yazd design and consider the square or a place in the city as a symbol of Mobahlah.”
