The first official renders of the Google Pixel Fold foldable phone have been revealed + photos


For a long time, we have seen rumors and reports about Google’s first foldable phone called Pixel Fold, and it will most likely be unveiled during the Google I/O 2023 conference on May 20. But now we see the disclosure of the first official renders of this device, which show it well.

One of the sources of the technology world named “Ivan Blass”, rendered the future Google phone twitter has published The images, which are likely to be official renders of the Pixel Fold for marketing purposes, show the device in a dark color, which is said to be called ‘Charcoal’.

The leaked renders only show the design of the outer part of the Google phone, which suggests its similarity to Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold series phones. Based on these renders, we are apparently dealing with a slim hinge and also a few bezels around the outer display of this device. In the center of the upper part of the external display, there is also a hole to host the selfie camera.

On the main page, we are facing the standard apps of Pixel phones such as camera, phone, Gmail and Play Store. Also, the main camera of the Pixel Fold has the same design as other Pixel phones, and the cameras are placed inside a rectangular camera module. Three cameras with LED flash can be seen inside this module.

According to some rumors, Google will launch its first foldable phone with a base price of $1,799, which could make it difficult to compete with other foldable phones on the market, especially the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Fold 5.
