The first Persian WhatsApp tweet; We have not filtered!

For the first time, WhatsApp reacted to restrictions on Iranian users abroad by publishing a tweet in Persian and denied any restrictions.
Since the past few days, the WhatsApp messenger has been filtered like Instagram in Iran, and users can hardly access it with a filter breaker. However, in addition to domestic users, Iranian users abroad also faced severe restrictions, which caused many protests.
WhatsApp’s reaction to filtering with the release of Persian tweets
In fact, user reports indicate that if a person outside of Iran has created an account on the WhatsApp messenger with an Iranian number, he is now faced with restrictions and cannot use this popular messenger. In this regard, WhatsApp for the first time reacted to these speculations by publishing a tweet in Persian and denied any kind of restrictions. The text of the tweet from the official WhatsApp account on Twitter is as follows:
Our main goal is to provide the possibility of confidential communication anywhere in the world. We believe that access to private and confidential means of communication is the right of all people. We have not blocked the phones related to Iran.
We are trying so that our Iranian friends can stay in touch with each other and we do not hesitate to do anything to keep our communication services active.
