The first series of all-electric taxis of Kerman Motor was delivered to the taxi company

According to Economy Online, in this plan, 400 E50A vehicles will be provided to taxi drivers through the cooperation of Kerman Khodro International Service Company and Shatel, and they will provide services with the help of the Shahrazad taxi application.

The price of these cars has been set at 1.320 million tomans, which will be provided to the drivers in the form of lease with the condition of ownership.

Based on this, in the first phase, 100 taxis will be registered as taxis in the next week and will provide services throughout the city.

These taxis will be used on the route from the center to the north and also from the west to the east of Tehran.

It should be mentioned that the KMC E50A car is basically the electric version of the KMCG 7 of Kerman Motor, which was previously available to Iranian customers and met with a relatively acceptable reception.

The power system of KMC J7 EV consists of an electric motor with a power of 142 kW or 190 horsepower and a lithium iron phosphate battery with a capacity of 50.1 kWh. This engine and battery can accelerate the electric KMCG 7 from 0 to 100 km/h in about 7.6 seconds and reach a maximum speed of 142 km/h. As a result, a fairly fast sedan car with an acceptable maximum speed has been presented to Iranian users, which will be very suitable for public transportation or family use.

But the distance of this car with a single charge will be about 402 kilometers, which of course depending on the conditions of the road, the number of passengers, etc., will probably reach less than this in practice. Regarding the maximum time required to charge the Jack G7 electric battery, according to the manufacturer, it takes about 8.5 hours to charge the battery from 15% to 100%. The time required to charge the battery between 30 and 80 percent is estimated at 48 minutes.

The battery of this car is guaranteed for 5 years or 200 thousand kilometers by Kerman Motor Company.
