The flag of the Islamic Republic was placed on the building of Ferdowsi Mausoleum

According to Aria Heritage report, citing the public relations of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Khorasan Razavi, Seyed Hashem Hosseini said: Simultaneously with the arrival of the 12th of Farvard, the anniversary of the establishment of the rule of the holy system of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which showed the most epic presence and the largest amount of national participation of the Iranian people in determining their destiny. Ferdowsi tomb witnessed this cultural and artistic event.

The director of the Ferdowsi Mausoleum Historical and Cultural Collection said about this cultural and artistic action in the Ferdowsi Mausoleum: the national anthem and three-dimensional images of the holy flag of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which is a symbol of independence, identity, authority, honor and national pride, were performed in the building of the Ferdowsi Mausoleum. The attention of the visitors was drawn to Ferdowsi’s tomb and it had a very effective reflection in the virtual space.

Hosseini clarified: Ferdowsi Mausoleum is an architectural space with a special structure that can breathe new life into its architectural body by creating content and by attributing this building to a great personality like Ferdowsi who is a symbol and linker of two elements of Islamic and Iranian identity. Suitable images, including the flag of the Islamic Republic of Iran, along with the national anthem, are very effective in consolidating the message of these two categories on the occasion of April 12.
