According to the Fars news agency, quoted by the Civil Aviation Organization, Jafar Yazerlo stated: Considering the importance of Nowruz travel management and with the initiative and guidance of the Civil Aviation Organization, as well as according to the follow-ups and concerns of the Minister of Roads and Urban Development, the Nowruz 1402 Air Travel Facilitation Headquarters, for It will be formed for the first time in the Civil Aviation Organization.

He added: This headquarters will start its operational work on March 24, 1401 and will continue until April 15, 1402; In this headquarters, supervisory and executive agents from the Civil Aviation Organization, the Airports and Air Navigation Company, and the representatives of the airline companies will monitor the activities related to air travel and providing services to the people with 24-hour monitoring.

Yazerlo clarified: Nowruz Air Travel Facilitation Headquarters will monitor the activities of airports and passenger terminals online and will take relevant decisions with high precision regarding the possible overlap of problems of companies and flights.

According to the spokesperson of the aviation organization, monitoring of all airports, especially busy airports, overlapping of companies’ problems, information processing, tracking and reducing the time of possible delays, and improving the level of air services in Nowruz trips are among the actions of this headquarters.

He said: We hope that the said headquarters will be able to improve the way of serving air passengers during Nowruz days with urgent decisions and all the factors of the aviation industry are also working around the clock to get the satisfaction of our compatriots and air passengers.
