The Galaxy A53 5G with the Exynos 1200 chip was spotted in Geekbench


The smartphone with model number SM-A536U attributed to the Galaxy A53 5G was spotted in the GeekBank benchmark and some of its key specifications were revealed.

The Galaxy A52 5G was introduced with the model number SM-A526U and now it seems that the model number SM-A536U belongs to the next generation of this smartphone. Apparently, this new mobile phone will be available to users with Android 12 and 6 GB of RAM operating system. Of course, other RAM capacities of this smartphone have not been confirmed yet.

In the motherboard section in Benchmark list The “s5e8825” is codenamed Exynos 1200 and has a Mali-G68 GPU for graphics tasks such as gaming and video editing.

Specifications of Galaxy A53 5G

Geekbench did not reveal more information about the Galaxy A53 5G, but thanks to the previously revealed renderings, more information is available about this smartphone. Samsung’s new phone comes with a 120Hz OLED display and a quad-camera including a 64-megapixel main camera. The 3.5mm headphone jack found on the Galaxy A52 and A52 5G will be removed by Samsung on the Galaxy A53 5G.

The Galaxy A52 and A52 5G were introduced in March, so the Galaxy A53 5G is expected to launch at the same time next year.

According to the published report, the Galaxy A53 will be available in at least four colors: black, white, light blue and orange. However, after the launch of this mid-range phone in the first quarter of 2022, Samsung may offer more color options to its customers.

The smartphone has a large display on the front panel with a few bezels around it. At the top of the screen is a slot that hosts a selfie camera. The Galaxy A53 will be 8.14 mm thick and will reach 9.73 mm in the camera module.
