He clarified: The goal of the people’s government is to minimize the livelihood concerns of people of culture and art. During the outbreak of the Corona virus, unfortunately, activists in the field of culture and art faced many problems. Since the beginning of the People’s Government, the Ministry of Guidance has taken important measures to support this affected group in order to minimize the problems that have arisen during the Corona era. One of the most important measures was the allocation of special credit to the art credit fund, and a significant part of this budget was deposited into the fund members’ art card account in three stages.
Referring to the role of the fund in the development of the economy of culture and art, Esmaili added: The topic of the economy of culture and art is a very important and worthy subject. There is a place for the Art Credit Fund to pay attention to this issue, considering its capacities, along with other fields.
At the same time, the Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance stated: I expect the Art Credit Fund to provide an important part of its needed resources through operating income and to support artists by performing activities in the field of art economy and economy. This fund is one of the most powerful support and financial organizations for people of culture and art, and it should soon be able to provide many of its resource needs with its programs.

Seyed Majid Pourahmadi, the CEO of the Art Credit Fund, while appreciating the presence of the Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance in the Art Credit Fund and presenting a report on the activities and measures taken since the beginning of the popular government, said: since the beginning of the popular government, despite the financial limitations due to the continuation of the outbreak Corona virus, while continuing and strengthening the past services, by reviewing and modifying structures and processes and using experts in this field, we planned and implemented appropriate plans and measures to support the injured artists, which is the main slogan of this government. He refined the members, two-way interaction with the members of the fund, the creation of the vice-president of investment and art economy, the establishment of the Namdaran unit, the quantitative and qualitative increase in the provision of facilities Qarz al-Hasna (without interest), supporting the policy of rejuvenating the population by implementing the Shamim and Young plan, was mentioned as one of the other measures taken since the beginning of the popular government.
The adviser to the minister further clarified: Our view is in the direction of empowering people of culture, art and media. It has been tried to adjust all planning and measures based on the policy of promoting the economy of culture and art.
