According to Tejarat News, the Director General of Public Relations of the Central Bank announced the increase of housing deposit assistance facilities.

IRNA He wrote that according to today’s amendment of the Monetary and Credit Council, the housing deposit assistance facilities in Tehran increased to 100 million Tomans, in the provincial centers to 70 million Tomans and in the cities above 200,000 to 40 million Tomans.

The repayment period of these loans will be a maximum of 5 years.

Last week, the Minister of Roads and Urban Development stated about the approvals of the meeting of the High Housing Council: The increase of housing deposit facilities to 100 million Tomans in Tehran and housing loans to 700 million Tomans in the High Housing Council were reviewed and approved in the presence of the President.

He added: The president did not object to the increase of mortgage loans to 700 million Tomans and mortgage loans to 100 million Tomans, and this resolution was referred to the Monetary and Credit Council for finalization.
