The head of the Judiciary considered one of the obstacles and problems in the field of supporting economic activities and investments to be the issue of banning the exit of people and said: Several institutions, including banks, the tax agency, the registration organization, punishment and justice, based on the powers they have, directly ban people from leaving, but the problem is that after solving the reason for banning people from leaving, sometimes the necessary attention is not paid to canceling their ban, and in the meantime, the person has to run. slow down and possibly take actions outside of the rules so that his exit ban is canceled; Or in other cases, the person who is banned from leaving is not notified, and this may cause a disturbance in terms of dignity and credit, or in the work plans, obligations and contracts of the person.

Mohseni Ajeei further stated: How many times has the honorable president reminded his subordinates that if there are ambiguities in some issues, they should take appropriate measures to clarify the issues and resolve the ambiguities; In the judiciary, if there are any ambiguities, we must clarify and explain the issues within the framework of legal authority.

Referring to the issue of the stock market, the head of the judiciary said: One of the issues that is being discussed today and causes concern for the people is the issue of the stock market. Therefore, the government should explain this issue to the people so that the people know what they should do in the future. It was brought up when there are 50 million stock exchange codes in the country; This indicates that a large population inside is involved in the category of the stock market; Currently, there are rumors and hadiths about this topic; I am not making any judgment now, but in any case, the inspection organization, the Supreme Council of the Stock Exchange and the government should explain and clarify the issues of this field to the people so that the enemy cannot abuse this category and God forbid this issue becomes a problem because the number of people who are involved in this issue is large and many people were not familiar with the stock market, but they entered it and sometimes they feel that they have suffered.
