The government’s plan for the rental market – Tejaratnews

According to Tejarat News, Qabal Shakri said: “This year, in order to organize the housing rental market, the government should provide incentives to the landlords to extend the rental contracts and not allow the rent to increase because it puts heavy pressure on the tenants.” .
He continued: When some goods become scarce in the market, the government enters and manages the market, or when there are floods and natural disasters, with the support of the parliament, funds are spent to help and rebuild the affected areas. It is devastating and should not be ignored; Therefore, the government must enter and take the necessary measures to organize it from May.
Emphasizing that the government should help the tenants to renew the lease contracts with the same amount as last year or up to the set ceiling, he added: A faithful campaign should be launched so that the owners join it. On the other hand, the owners of the houses should also be supported because some of them live by receiving rent and they are completely different from some banks and some government organizations that hoard housing. Undoubtedly, heavy law should be applied to the tenants through the tax law on empty houses.
The member of the construction commission of the Majlis emphasized: Therefore, the government should make a decision and, just as it gives grants or low-interest loans in the case of unexpected events, it should also enter the housing market in the current conditions and give points to the owners who participate in the support projects to compensate for the lack of benefit them.
Shakri reminded: The government and parliament also do their own work in the field of planning and drafting laws. The plan to organize the housing rental market will be on the agenda of the public hearing next week. I hope that with the implementation of the tax laws on empty houses and the construction of one million residential units and the tax on housing speculation, the future housing market will stay away from turbulence.
