According to Tejarat News, in a meeting with the Ministers of Roads and Urban Development and Economy, the heads of the Central Bank and the Planning and Budget Organization, referring to the 30% share of housing in the household budget, Mohammad Mokhbar stressed the need for cooperation and coordination between ministries and agencies related to the ministry. In order to solve the implementation problems and to monitor and follow up the payment of housing facilities to the people by the operating banks, he ordered the Ministers of Roads, Urban Development and Economy, as well as the Planning and Budget Organization and the Central Bank, to form an executive committee consisting of the deputies of the aforementioned institutions, The status of payment of bank facilities to the National Housing Movement and the extent of its realization should be monitored and presented on a weekly basis.
In this meeting, a report was presented regarding the growth rate of housing prices and the factors affecting it, how the national housing plan has progressed, how to organize the national housing fund, how to pay the bank facilities for housing construction to the people, as well as obstacles and problems in the field of supportive and economic housing.
Based on this, it was decided that regarding the review of the amount and interest rate of housing facilities, operational proposals will be urgently summarized in coordination with the Central Bank, the Ministry of Economy, the Planning and Budget Organization and the National Development Fund and submitted to the Money and Credit Council for final approval. .
Regarding the housing situation and the rental price of residential houses in Tehran and other metropolises, the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development has issued a report on its plan to regulate, control and organize the rental price of housing in Tehran and the growth of the rent and inflation index in each season compared to the same season of the year.
