The governor of Hamedan was notified of the national registration of 9 cultural and historical works

According to Aria Heritage, in one of Ezatullah Zarghami’s letters to Alireza Ghasemi Farzad, it is stated:

Pursuant to paragraph (c) of the single article of the Law on the Establishment of the Cultural Heritage Organization approved by the Islamic Consultative Assembly in 1985 and paragraph 6 of Article 3 of the Statute of the Cultural Heritage Organization approved by the Islamic Consultative Assembly on the registration of valuable movable and immovable cultural and historical monuments. Relevant, the level of registration of the cultural and historical monument “Aghazadeh Mansion” located in Hamadan province, Dargazin city, Dargazin district, Dargazin village, Shahnjarin village Is, is communicated.

The said work is under the protection and supervision of this ministry and any intrusion, seizure or operational action that leads to its destruction or change of identity is a crime under Articles 558 to 569 of the Fifth Book of the Law on Islamic Punishments, Punishments and Deterrent Punishments. There will be legal penalties and the restoration of the work will be possible only with the approval and supervision of the Ministry. »

Also, in other letters of the Minister of Heritage, Culture, Tourism and Handicrafts to the Governor of Hamedan, the registration of another cultural and historical monument has been notified as follows:

1. “Khane Shams” located in Hamadan city, central part, Hamadan city, Bouali Sina street, above Maskan Bank, No. 348, No. 33503, dated 10/1400
2. “Amir Afkham Shoorini House” located in Hamadan city, central part, Hamadan city, Shohada Shorin Street, Khalil Narges Ghamarian Alley, Danesh Street 4, in front of Eftieh Girls High School No. 33504 dated 10/1400

Earlier, Ali Asghar Monsan, the former Minister of Heritage, Culture, Tourism and Handicrafts, had sent six national cultural and historical monuments to the then governor of Hamedan in similar letters:
