The governor of Khuzestan emphasized on honoring the Pakistani and Afghani pilgrims of Arbaeen

According to the Aria Heritage report, citing the public relations of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Khuzestan, Ali Akbar Hosseini-Mihrab said on the afternoon of June 28, 1402 at the Arbaeen headquarters meeting of the province, which was held in the presence of the head of the country’s Arbaeen headquarters, he said: Arbaeen meetings are held from the beginning of the provinces to the interior of Iraq. We consider, and it is not limited to Khuzestan, that we hope to be able to serve with the cooperation of the police force, traffic police, Basij, Red Crescent and emergency services and provide security and proper conditions for traffic.

The governor of Khuzestan added: “The life of Imam Hussain is important to us in every way, and we consider it our duty and obligation not to cause any problems.” Naturally, capacity building for cooling and water systems should be done now, and cold storage is definitely necessary to preserve food.

He said: “The most important issue is the way not to cause casualties.” Khorramshahr-Ahvaz road is really dangerous; A large part of traffic takes place from that side. Bostan Abdul Khan road must also be addressed. Unfortunately, due to the low allocation of funds, the road from Sosangerd to Chazaba seems not to be completed and needs to be negotiated with the Ministry of Roads. Abdul Khan-Bostan road was not one of the main highways before, but now it has become a main road due to the traffic, so shoulder construction and other things should be done.

Hosseini Mihrab emphasized: We must have smooth and good traffic on the roads and the traffic that is created must be managed.

He continued: What should be given a lot of attention is transportation inside the country and in Iraq, which naturally needs more services and everyone, especially the devices that have been assigned, must make an effort.

The governor of Khuzestan also said regarding the movement of foreign nationals: Pakistani and Afghani foreign nationals must be respected, if we come to the conclusion that the nationals must leave these borders, appropriate facilities must be considered.

He said: Last year, there was a problem in the parking lots and the rate of five thousand tomans was considered. This year, the rate should be determined at the headquarters so that it can be used in the contracts we have for parking services.

Hosseini Mihrab expressed his hope that in the remaining time, the necessary arrangements will be made in the field of rail and air transportation to facilitate the journey of Hosseini Arbaeen pilgrims.

The rate of car parking at Shalamcheh and Chadaba borders, the formation of a joint headquarters at these two international borders with the aim of coordinating matters related to Arbaeen pilgrims, preparing water reservoirs, improving the communication roads of processions and the smooth movement of pilgrims are among other issues raised by the governor of Khuzestan in the meeting of the Arbaeen headquarters. It was the province.
