Stating that usually every year, the operation of guaranteed purchase of wheat starts from Sistan and Baluchistan province in the southeast of the country, and other provinces gradually join this operation, he said: This year, about 33 thousand hectares of land in Sistan and Baluchistan province have been cultivated and waiting About 75 thousand tons of wheat will be bought from the farmers of this province.

The deputy minister of agricultural jihad emphasized that last year, 7 million and 200 thousand tons of wheat were purchased from farmers across the country, and expressed hope: due to the increase in the area under cultivation, the development of contract agriculture and the increase in rainfall, the measures The need to deliver the product from wheat farmers in all parts of the country is predicted and therefore, we are expected to buy much more wheat this year than last year.
